Refund Policy

At AEG Ventures, L.L.C., we are committed to providing safe, dependable, and professional Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services. We understand that unexpected changes may occur, and this policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellations

  • Passenger Cancellations:
    Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund or no charge if payment has not yet been processed.
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may result in a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of the fare, depending on the situation.

  • No-Shows:
    If a passenger or representative fails to appear at the scheduled pickup time and location without prior notice, the trip will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:
    If AEG Ventures, L.L.C. must cancel a trip due to vehicle issues, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will not be issued once a trip has begun or after transportation service has been rendered, except when the cancellation is due to an error or issue on the part of AEG Ventures, L.L.C..

  • Deposits, if required for certain services, are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by AEG Ventures, L.L.C..

3. Disputed Charges

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or did not receive the agreed-upon service, please contact us within 7 business days of the charge. We will promptly review and resolve your concern.
