1. Services

AEG Ventures, L.L.C., provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our services are designed for individuals who require assistance getting to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations. We do not provide emergency medical transport.

2. Service Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

At least 18 years of age, or
Authorized by a parent, guardian, or healthcare provider to book transportation on behalf of a minor or patient.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

All rides must be scheduled in advance. Same-day requests are subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may result in a late cancellation fee or loss of fare, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers and staff. Aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior may result in refusal or termination of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances;
Personal property left in vehicles;
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Payment

Payment terms, when applicable, will be provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services for unpaid or disputed balances.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in a Massachusetts court of competent jurisdiction.
